{"id":2180,"date":"2015-09-25T22:41:37","date_gmt":"2015-09-25T21:41:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shetlandcanoeclub.co.uk\/?p=2180"},"modified":"2015-09-25T22:41:37","modified_gmt":"2015-09-25T21:41:37","slug":"pool-sessions-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shetlandcanoeclub.co.uk\/index.php\/2015\/09\/25\/pool-sessions-7\/","title":{"rendered":"Pool Sessions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi all,<\/p>\n<p>With confirmation the pool is now re opening on the 10th October we can confirm that\u00a0our pool<\/p>\n<p>sessions for this year will start on Monday 12th October and will run for 5 weeks.\u00a0Last night on the 9th November.<\/p>\n<p>We have kept the Monday nights at 8:30pm. which proved popular last year.\u00a0We also\u00a0have exclusive use of the whole pool area, this will allow us to bring in more sea kayaks.<\/p>\n<p>The extra space will let you to practice all types of strokes in the pool,\u00a0 rolling, rescues, etc. With extra coaches this year,\u00a0who will be on hand to assist where required. Please let us know what you would like to work on.<\/p>\n<p>The rates will be the same as other years \u00a35 adult and \u00a33 concessions.
